Tenerife is often called the ‘Island of Eternal Spring’ because the weather is warm and pleasant year-round. The hot beach sand and refreshing ocean waters provide relaxation, while the island’s rich history offers discovery and enjoyment.

Located in the southern part of Tenerife, Playa de las Americas is known for its high-quality hotels, vibrant nightlife, and excellent beaches. The resort is divided into several smaller beaches, such as Playa del Duque, Playa de Fanabe, Playa Torviscas, Playa del Bobo, and Playa Americas.
Various water sports activities are available here, including jet skiing, water biking, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, and banana boat rides. Children will enjoy attractions like Aqualand and Siam Park. The area offers plenty of dining options, including Chinese, Mexican, Italian, or other international cuisines, as well as fast-food restaurants belonging to international chains.
All our apartments are located on the southern side of the island in Playa de las Americas and Adeje centers, where active leisure and vibrant nightlife are just a few steps away. However, the apartments are situated on quieter side streets where you can enjoy a peaceful vacation and restful sleep.
