The complex Borinquen located in a superb location in the heart of the Playa de Las Americas resort on a quiet street, within walking distance of everything you need. The Playa el Bobo Beach is a 5-minute walk away. The bus station for buses to all destinations is next to the complex. San Eugenio Shopping Center is 10 minutes away. There are many small shops, cafes, bars, and the local Mercadona supermarket nearby. The complex has an elevator, a pool, and free parking.

The studios have been recently renovated. They are bright, cozy, and decorated in warm tones.

The balcony offers a view of the ocean, the pool, and the complex garden. There is a double table with chairs and a clothes drying rack on the balcony.

The kitchen has a dining table with chairs for three. Ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, fridge with freezer, toaster, washing machine. Plates, pots, pans, and other necessary items for cooking are provided.
